Yes the more I think about this the more I lean towards just going with some 15's. I'm not necessarily "hooked" on sticking with the 14's so I might have to just be patient and wait for a chance to hit the salvage yards for rims.

Okay I'll keep on eye out for cars within those body types as I hit the pick a part scene. I think it would be cool to find some plain rims, put some coats of black paint on them, stick on some nice lug nuts....it could look pretty sweet and would be different.

Figuring backspacing is absolutely unknown to me. There must be some formula that can be applied.

What tire company makes good musclecar/performance tires in the 14 inch range? I know 14's are hard to find but Firestone carries the Indy's which I've always liked. Any other suggestions?

Would 15x6's in the front with 15x8's in the rear work on my 74 Dodge Dart? I want some decent rubber in the rear but at the same time I do not want any issues with friction and rubbing.
