the carb should be easy to rebuild. im not much of a mechanic and i can do it. look online and you might find step by step procedures. most people will take them apart and let them soak in carb cleaner overnight, then just put it back together using a kit, which may have diagrams to help.as far...

the water leak on your floor boards is most likely wiper pivot seals, which is my problem.you can hose your wiper pivots down to see if you have a leak there. remember when checking for a leak with a hose, start at the lowest point and work your way up until you can pinpoint it. hope this helps.

my valiant is also used for christmas present storage, the interior is out of my dart, but if i put them in there , they would just drop out of the bottom of the car and the kids would see them!
