Almost finished!Decided to keep stock intake.Took Ken Hensleys advice as he said he built a 383 once and it was faster with stock 4barrel intake.So we will find out!

Well she is almost ready but trying to decide to buy weiand action plus intake or keep stock look!

Got some of the pistons in and pistons sit .024 thousandths in the hole!I ordered 452 heads with 2.14/1.81 valves from aerohead so i couldnt afford the stealths but gonna use .020 steel shim head gasket and compression will be around 9.6 to 1!Will post pics!

Well finally have made up my mind,I am going to order the stealth heads and have them checked all over and the block is coming off stand and going to get decked!Compression with stealth heads is gonna be little over 10.1 with .040 thick gaskets with prw 1.6 stainless rockers with the comp 280...

Well went to hensleys yesterday and they hadnt started on the 318 block so the guy that bought it from me took over the machine work and Hensley took the 1100 dollars i already paid and put it towards my rotating assembly for the 383 so should be ready in couple of weeks!
