The driver side 1/4 window is stuck in the up position and it will not budge to go down. How do I go about getting it to move or remove it?

Sooo duct tape is not the preferred method? I see so much of that here, you would think it was a factory option.

Looking for a 1 piece floor board or at least a left side and ride side. I see the 4 piece kits, but it seems like it might miss some spots. Its for a 63 Valiant Convert. I need right behind the driver seat and the passenger toe areas.
