1/4 Window stuck in the up position

The driver side 1/4 window is stuck in the up position and it will not budge to go down. How do I go about getting it to move or remove it?

Everyone here who has "been there done that" can agree quarter windows are a huge pain to service/repair. Since this is in the 'vert' section I can tell you the vert quarter window is the easiest of them. Replacement parts can be more difficult to find.
The rear seat and that plastic interior panel will need to come out so to get a look inside.
