Based on what I observed this past weekend, it was just Fred being Fred, and doing what he can to help others.

    K-frame alignment?

I'm trying to not get too hung up over the motor plate. The car came with a couple of big block 4-speed bellhousings, and who knows what I left behind when I bought it (long story). It just seems more likely that it was just your typical WV hot rodder who didn't know any better way to put a...

I was pretty wild on dirt bikes, much less on the street. I was back on a bike while I still had a cast on my left leg, I just reached down and shifted with my hand. :steering: I do miss riding and am still looking at possibly getting another bike, just can't afford it now.

Having said that, since I have not welded the MP brackets to the axle yet, I think I will order a pair of the Morosos from Amazon. Probably a stronger setup to have a correct size hole than the cheap bushing I've got now...

    Lca rubber bush that fit

don't disagree, it was time to replace, especially since my original ball joints needed to be replaced with close to 1/8" of play in the driver's side.... I'm feeling a little nervous on my 13 year old front tires, planning on replacing them soon, I've got 3 cars that all need tires at the same...

    Fuel senders

I'm putting a new tank in my 65 dart and am curious if anyone makes a QUALITY sender for it. From everything I've read they don't work very well or read correctly. Has anyone had good luck with any particular brand?

OK, I don't want to beat this to death, but 11/16 would be 44/64. That's more than three times larger than 13/64. The holes in the new MP perches are clearly larger than the originals, but they don't look any where near three times as large. By the way, I found a piece of tubing I had...

Slow Crank, No Start When Warm

Just your basic Napa battery, 34 group, 690 CCA. 2 guage cables running to and from the terminals. Yes I have dual electric rad fans but they're on a toggle switch so when I'm trying to heat it up(or test like I just did) I don't turn them on.

    looking for KKS radiator reviews

I am the OP for this thread. I got a Cold Case Radiator for my most recent build because they were proactive enough to pm me when I started this thread and make an argument for the quality of their products and their willingness to stand behind them. Since I was building a car for long distance...

    Stroke a 318

If you are going with a CNC kit, pay for them to balance, especially if you are going to use the cast crank. You might get lucky if you opt for the diamond pistons as another member suggested with the cast crank, because they are much lighter than the icon pistons, but I doubt it. If doing it...

Does this prove David Vizard's 128 lsa formula ?

Overlap is what can kills vacuum, which is a combination of lsa and duration, people generally will sacrifice lsa for more duration, DV position is to do the opposite, run the required lsa (builds more low and mid torque) and sacrifice duration instead for acceptable overlap. Now I haven't seen...
