    Hagerty insurance

I'll add, I don't drive my car daily and only on nice days. However, there were a couple of weeks this summer that I drove the car to work every day because it was nice every day. It sounds to me that would not be covered in my situation.

    Hagerty insurance

You guys got me thinking about this situation again as I currently have State Farm Classic and have wondered what would really happen if I were to have a claim. Unfortunately, I just copied and pasted the following from Hagerty's website. "** Occasional pleasure use does not mean use for daily...

Dumb Mopar moves - this should be fun

Curious what do-overs you all would like to be given. My #1 was when a bought a 70 Challenger "parts car" in the early nineties for $500 and sold it for $250 to a kid that was going to use it as a BOMBER CLASS STOCK CAR!. Still makes me sick to think about. All I took from it were the Rallye...

    This Is A Heartbreaker....

That's awful. Glad the owners were unhurt. Hard to believe the engine is still there in that picture.

    Be careful out there!

Wow, that is terrifying! I do have wood blocks that I place under my ramps whenever they are used because I've always worried about that happening.

    Be careful out there!

I use jack stands under the rear axle all the time and always have with no issues. Although, I'm obviously not the safety police after my stunt.

    Be careful out there!

No lift in my future. I think I just have to take the wake-up call to be sure to use the brain God gave me. I normally am anal about using jack-stands along with the jack as a backup but was in a hurry. "It will be fine." I guess it only takes letting your guard down once. I still think...

How hard is if to swap a 1971 or 1972 dart front end on 1973 dodge dart sport

Wow, seeing your car in side by side pics really drives home what a transformation for the better that is. I was perfectly happy with my 73's frontend until I saw that.

    Be careful out there!

I'm sure I'm probably missing something obvious but do we know each other? "your neighbor"??? Or are you just referring to him having the same lack of intelligence I displayed. :)

    Be careful out there!

I'm posting this just because I figure if it makes one person think more about safety it's worth it. I was jacking the frontend up to remove the front wheels and tires a couple of nights ago and was in a hurry. I figured I didn't need to mess with jack stands as I "wouldn't be under the car"...

Fair value for 2000 Ram 4x4

Looking for opinions on a fair price for all parties. Red 2000 Ram 1500 Sport 4x4, 5.9 auto, 112000 miles. Sorry, no pics. The truck looks great from 10-20 ft. Lower doors have some rust at pinch-weld. Bottom of truck has been black bed-lined up to first body line all around and black...

    Nova

I had the opposite happen a couple weeks ago. Stopped at the car parts store on the way home from work and when I came out, a female employee was walking laps of the Duster. Not only did she know it was a Duster, but also knew it was a 1973. Before her and I were done talking, two more people...

It weighs 35 pounds. Thanks to all for the input. $150 was what I was thinking. Just wanted to make sure that was in the ballpark.

Fair value for 73-76 spool mount v8 k frame

Trying to get a fair price for the k-frame I have. Don't want to give it away or rip anyone off.

Dart on the road after 22 years

Congratulations and looks good. Our stories are similar. Bought my Duster in 2006 with blown slant in it. Just got it on the road this past spring.
