Edelbrock makes the Thunder series AVS now as well as a rod and jet kit for it. Will anything from the new kit work in an original 70 AVS? I'd like to do a little fine tuning. They're pretty proud of the original strip kits on E-bay. Thanks.

I used a copper line and ran it through the washer squirter hole and up between the vent rails on the cowl. Put the feral and nut on after its through.

I have a 750 with the 4 corner mixture screws and no PV in rear. Carb is out of the box stock. On my old Holley without 4 corner, I set the front T-slots and left the back alone. My question is on the new carb, do I set both front and rear slots the same, see where my idle is and adjust front...

I don't see a problem with your installation at all. Below the tank and not too far from it. Mines mounted near the front spring hanger also. Its lived happily there for almost 18 years.

I've been using 93 with 10% ethanol for years. Holley carb. No issues other than a hard hot start once in a while. Sometimes the car will sit for 3 weeks between uses. The E gas evaporates faster though so if your car sits for a bit between uses you most likely will have to crank it a bit to...

I'm with RRR, slap it on. I don't like the Rhoads either. For what its worth a buddy has a similar combo in a Dart. He's using a old DC 509 cam and cheapo Hedmans. He got a 950 cheap from a friend and it runs like Jack the bear. I'd try it as is and make changes accordingly.
