So one thing i wanted to do wad keep a price tally to compare to just buying done. Obviously buying done could be cheaper and shiner but this was more about the experience. Here is the tally using a mix of todays prices and or what i remember paying. Floor pans 500 Frame connectors 250 8.75...

Well...nearly 9 years later and it finally runs drives and stops on its own. Still sorting out shake down runs but man it feels good to have it back on the road!!

Almost done. Bergman Auto Craft has been great to work with. Highly recommend.

What would a mopar project be without a nest of some sort.....ps the heater core dimensions are all off and the replacement didnt fit. I i also had to patch part of the inner cowl with fiberglass....the whole pass side cowl was full of mouse nest.

Getting there... I think i am going to spring for the bergman power steering kit. The 24:1 manual steering is not super fun.

I cant believe how long this is taking....but engine in and running...brakes, fuel system done. Cooling system and exhaust are pretty much all thats left to get it driving again. Wiring also a mess and needs sorting.

thanks, made some more progress today....front floor almost done. to finish off the passenger floors i need to make at patch for the gap that the replacement pans didnt cover, weld the underside panel seam, and weld the floor to the US car tool contoured frame connectors.
