now the one you just posted s.s, has the lips on the face of it. the ones i used were from like 68. i do not know it you would have to gring them lips off to get it to fit?

i picke up a 71 scamp with a 383 stuffed in it. turned out to be a 383 hp, and matching h.p manifolds out of a 67 c-body. there was no mods done at all. now i never tried to take these off with the engine in the car though.lol

well, i bought a 71 scamp that had a 383 in it. it was a 66 h.p, with a modified k-frame (they hacked up a real b.b a body one, and cut the ears off, and welded them to the k-frame that was in the car. it also had 73 b-body h.p manifolds. everything else was untouched. it sat in the car...

i do not think and were made with a 440. i think they came with the 383 or the 426
