Thinking about a new cam for my hemicuda...overkill for the street ?

Isn´t there a good book for performance hemi builds? I´ve got the book from Andy Finkbeiner (AndyF over here) regarding the B / RB based strokers, i learned a lot from it. There are even some recipes for 6/7/800 HP builds, maybe you can find sth. like this for the hemi and go from there. With...

Thinking about a new cam for my hemicuda...overkill for the street ?

I´m not familiar with Hemis....but the recommended RPM range alone sounds not streetable to me. If my math is correct then the duration @ .050" is 296°....nothing i´d run on the street (or the strip ;-)) Michael

are they still available 402 stroker engines

Hi timo, be careful - not every 318 block is suitable for 4" bore size. Sonic testing is absolutely necessary! The "original" 402 is a standard size 360 block (4" bore) with 4" crank. My 408 is .030" over. Forget about the guy you mentioned, he's got no clue what he's talking about. If i'd...

If i do some paint work one day i´ll remove it, like the plain style better. Thanks...

What do you think? Does my Valiant need a Hood Scoop?

i like your car better without the scoop, can´t be much better than that! Fell in love with the 66 Valiant 2dr sedan a few years ago but was not able to find a decent one here in europe - so i bought a nice 68. For me your car has got the perfect look (ok, a hemi with hillborne intake would be...

    Question for Feather Duster owners?

Wanted: car guy willing to deal with me...

Hi Cudamark, yes, i think it will be cheaper in most cases. To stay with the truth, i know that it´s not 100 % correct what i want - but in my opinion there´s no need to lie because the goods are already paid. Could be used or remained car parts on the form. best regards Michael

Wanted: car guy willing to deal with me...

Hi Guys, since i live in germany i always have to pay tax and custom charges for my imports from US. This adds to the price of some goods 20 - 30% - thats a lot. Summit for example charges a additional "handling fee" of 25 Dollar for foreign orders. I´m searching for a honest, reliable and...
