Alright my cam is 206/212 duration at .050 .512 .522 lift 107 LSA. Vacuum jumps around 3-4 inches. I got it adjusted fairly steady at around 15".

I rebuilt my carb yesterday, and when i put the vacuum gauge on it to tune the idle in. I noticed it jumped around quite a bit. I have never had a engine with anything but a factory cam in it so is that normal for a cammed engine or should it stay steady?

I got a set of plugs for my 98 Durango 318 and a set for my 93 truck 318. I wasn't really paying attention to the fact the plugs were actually different I put the rc12yc's in the Durango. Will having the shorter nosed plug in the newer motor hurt ? I don't have emmisions where I live.

Ok, let me clarify... Engine was set at TDC timing mark lines up with TDC mark perfectly. My timing marks only go to -10 0 +10. I have it advanced up past the +10 so I do not no how much initial I have.

I picked up a Mallory 685 for next to nothing yesterday, didn't come with instructions. Can anyone tell me how to wire this thing up? Also will it work with my pro comp distributor or will I have to put a stock or different aftermarket distributor in?

Thanks guys I found out the intake manifold bolts fit all the spots except the two inside holess they need shorter so I got that put together today.

i bought a flywheel off a member here I told him what I was doing and he said he had one its supposed to be a fly wheel that will fit my 318. It takes a 10 inch clutch and my truck has a 10.5 inch clutch so what dodges run a 10 inch flywheel?
