I get mine made by a company in texas,it's what they do. I send them the schematics and color coding plus the male,female configuration and they make my LED (2 to 4) conversion harness for my 66's. It was cheaper than getting a steel mold made and about 100 less than an aluminum one

got the inner trim pieces for the rear side panel done and working on the outer rear side panel trim pieces. also the lower carpet that goes on the side panel. arm rests without the ashtray are prototyped but still not good enough to make as a sellable part yet. glove boxed are still "not good "...

Try eternabond tape. raise the top on a nice hot day and pull it together as close as you can, then apply eternabond tape to it, I've seen it last a year or 2 but it sure does look ugly.

nothing goes into that top area except a small thin piece of foam tape to stop that latch part of the trim, the visor brackets and the center molding what seal the top is the header seal on the convertible top itself by putting that seal inside there you created a massive whistle and air leak

Early models were different. hardtops and barracudas were pointy, convertibles were flat both these are 66 , barracuda on left, dart convertible on right. 67 and up looked the same to me, But I don't have a hardtop or convertible near me to double check
