    A/C Complete Removal

I see your in alberta, like Me I'm also in Canada and having delt with dewy nights and chilly ones I think you'd be crazy to block heater off or take it out, just like removing wipers (illegal in NS) some people remove A/C but frankly a car with it is worth much more here in canada because its...

    How close is to close?

the thin fans aren't rated for much (under 2000 CFM) the ford tarus fan is a popular upgrade when you have enough room (not A body) they create 3300 CFM

    How close is to close?

almost looks like that WP pulley is causing some troubles, if its thick where the fan sits it could be pushing it out some, also I think you can get stub nose water pumps

    aftermarket heaters

everyone seems to be ignoring the fact that his cowl is rotted out and soon be the windshield channel and he just wants to slap an aftermarket heater in it so he doesn't have to fix the problem
  13. 66plyValiant

    aftermarket heaters

if the cowl area is rotten I would fix it, it will lead to windshield channel rot in no time, after that happens its all kinds of fun

exactly the car in my avatar hasn't had a fan shroud for 10+ years, cheap aluminum flex fan and it never runs over 200 degrees on the hottest day although when I've done core plugs in most mopar v8's there filled nearly up past the core plugs with sludge and dirt, a good washing out with a...

    Clutch fan cfm

Magnum in 70 Dart, can't keep it cool.

fan shroud is needed as well as checking the plugs to make sure your not running lean as suggested above if your heads/intake have been off it could be the gasket is blocking the coolant ports
