I don't understand why you can't use what you have. Obtain some tubing to fit the hoses and just add vacuum hose. Is 3/16 brake tube too big? If so, you can get 1/8 tube. Copper or non metallic the "hard nylon" stuff

I believe the TBI units are a special pattern OP--Holley used to make a 2bbl TBI "Pro-jection" I don't know if the Holley bolt up is same as Rochester or not. So the Holley adapter would be to mount a 2bbl Holley TBI unit on either a 2 or 4bbl "standard" American V8 setup

Then you are looking for a 67-70 non CA evap cap

First thing you need to find out is "does it have" the CA evap fuel tank vent. Easy to tell. If the filler tube inside the trunk has a 1/4" vent tube welded in, it's a 69/ 70 non CA no evap If there's a big vapor separator "thing" in the trunk, it's a CA evap / emissions setup...

If you dig deep enough there is/ was the big bore setup for a bushing instead of needle roller, and someone did a write up where they removed the roller and installed a bushing into the big bore boss. I don't remember how that OD came out............

Why don't you get a modern one (Magnum) that fits the converter bore? By the way make damn sure the hole is deep enough. Been there done that

^^Listen to this guy^^ Some of the AN /JIC and SAE (brass 45*) will screw together, but the flare angle is different, IE 37* for JIC/ AN and 45* for SAE, usually brass 3/8--no.6 are different thread sizes and will not even screw together between SAE and AN/ JIC...

You see them on egag occasionally. Unless "you are in the business" I cannot imagine why. You can troubleshoot these effectively without one, cheaper

Does it need to be certified? Could you make your own? You could use the bell for a drill pattern and make the "blank" and I could trace you the outline of the starter area and first couple of holes for location on paper?
