I was thinking the Helmken overpass park and ride could work if we're all coming from town.If anyone is out on the Westshore then maybe somewhere near Goldstream Park.

It was really nicely done.Looks like it's got every option you could order on a Dart for that year plus at least one that you could'nt. Here's a couple more pictures I took of it.Unfortunately I don't seem to have an engine shot.

I'm planning on taking the Dart up to the Parksville show on the 17th so I'll make sure my camera batteries are charged up. Here's a few pictures of the new fish at home and cleaned up,complete with a nice new dent courtesy of some dimbulb woman who somehow managed to back into the pristine...

Thanks,I took about 4 shots and that one turned out the best. It was a pretty impressive row of wing cars,three of them were Hemis and two of them were low mile survivor cars.

Ok,It's not the same car I thought it might have been then.There was a red 67 notchback around Victoria then in Lake Cowichan back in the 80s/90s and I thought it might be that car.Always liked the car a lot,yours looks like a finished version of it.

Just curious,did your Barracuda come from the Island and was (is?) owned by a couple brothers back in the 80s/90s?

Very clean looking Newport you have there. I can't recall ever seeing anything but a station wagon having woodgrain on the sides like that and I'm guessing that it's factory.Was that a stand alone option or part of an option package? And was the car a special order?
