Thanks.....been 5 years and alot of bucks but getting close......BTW my rear differential is a "489" 8-3/4.....from what I see the 489 series went on 69 and newer cars....guess this suggests it's not the original gears? Not sure grip which my fender tag says it has Any thoughts?

Question....my dashboard mounted VIN Tag is upside down....ie when standing at the front of the car facing the windshield, the tag is upside down. Tag looks to be original. Phoney tag or disgruntled auto worker mounting it upside down? Thanks
