studs go in like bolts. You can use vise grips on the center (where there are no threads) if they are a little tight or you can also put 2 nuts on the outside end and tighten them together so they don't turn on the stud and then use them to tighten the stud in a bit...

is that ehaust? if so, take a piece of 3" pipe, and squish the one end into an oval. You may need to cut some slits in it to open it up to get it to fit on your flange. Once it is on there, you can weld the slits back up. If the pipe is too big, cut your slits so they are wider at the opening...

I have a set of the step headers on my 69 Barracuda with power steering and had no fitment or clearance issues. I was able to use the stock HUGE mopar starter and get it in with no issues and with out taking anything loose. Looking at it, I am assuming the 1 7/8 would fit fine as well.

yep, I have had 2 or 3 sets of cheap headers on this car... went back to manifolds but when I swapped from 318 to 360, the exhaust ports are a lot bigger on the 360 heads and the 318 manifolds leaked like crazy. I bought these from someone on this site (still unused) and got a sweet deal on them.

they do... the directions do not say you need to loosen the passenger motor mount nad jack the engine up but I ended up doing that. I also had to take the 90 degree oil filter adapter off to get the header up in there, but I was able to put it right back on after the header was in place.
