a 750 demon and a 750 quick fuel holley both carbs do it kinda think it's not the carb but something else

360 with a 750 holley carb. msd ignition. at lite throttle it stumbles and I have to like leaveing a stoplight easy feather the gas. it had a 750 demon did the same thing and the quick fuel carb does it also but full throttle everything is fine. no issues I run a holley black fuel pump...
