Find a buddy who knows someone that works in the business. I pay around $40 a quart around here. You never know how much high build primer you will need, most of it is block sanded off. One car could take a quart or 3 gallons depending on how much blocking it takes to get straight.

POR-15 does not stop rust ,it just seals it. I would look into flooding the areas with phosforic(sp) acid, which changes rust to zinc. And then use some type of thin rustproofing sprayed in.

Cover them with car wax, don't buff it off and wrap it in paper not plastic. Wrapping it in plastic will case condensation and in a few months you will have a mess.

If you use the panel glue, you don't need the rivets, just put a very heavy weight on it until cured. Modern panel adhesives are better than welds and allot neater.

No, epoxy primer is a sealer. It will seal everything under it. With that said, the paint under it should be in good condition. I usually sand thru the paint but not thru the original primer.
