There is a G terminal on the Starter Relay Switch...the center pin of the Neutral Safety Switch goes to it....It provides Ground which allows the starter to crank in only neutral and park.

Looking at the photo below...the Blue wire and Brown wire coming out the ignition switch are Run 1 and Run 2........splice into them and connect together and run the small red wire from msd

Should be able to bring you a coil and Ecu before you spend money......so you can test

but need kit to adjust it.....well...I guess i thought his plate would fit any MP distributor ....i guess not

crap they are cheaper then the plate...and I ordered 150 bucks worth of stuff today......

I started this morning, following the instruction on his web site but got stuck. I can not find how to get the top shaft off. His instructions says there is a clip or screw to remove....can not find either one. This is a MP electronic advance distributor made by Mallory for MP Mopar...

I got a few of those old electronic distributors in use....would be nice to get some quality cap and rotors.....

first...you dont use the ballast resistor with the msd 6a.....the red wire that turns on the msd unit needs 12 volts during start and run....if it was converted from a mp box....you usually hookup the two wires on the ballast resistor which is run and start....if you are getting only 6 volts...
