one set of TTi 1 5/8 - 1 3/4 step headers bolted to one set of speedmaster heads and one set of TTi 1 7/8 headers bolted to another set of speedmaster heads..... spark plugs fit just like an eddy or oem head.

either dent the tubes...or change out the drag link to 72 and older...

Had a problem with same bolt on tti headers..,,,I took a grinder to open end wrench to make it narrower....and i actually slotted the head of the bolt to use a flat tip screw driver cause I could not get bolt started..

I have put two sets of the 1 7/8 headers on A bodies.....one had the number 7 slip tube and was a small challenge on the driver side....the second set went on yesterday and because the car did not have torsion bars tti suggested the E body version which has no 7 tube welds...Big Pain in...

depends on the brand of headers.....some bolts have to go in before other...the inside bolts on the front and rear ports are space limited....do not tighten any bolts until they are all started..

the nickle plate will turn bluish after awhile.... as far as size....good question.....i have the 1 7/8 headers on our 71 Dart 410 cu inches...but it is not driven on the street. if it is a street car I would be more inclined to use the smaller stepped headers...... you can always call and ask...

yes...no. 7 tube will be close to the metering block...got them on a 71 Dart also.... I dont have torsion bars on the car.... actually have the driver side header loose as I am trying to adjust the front band on the 904 but everything is in the way.....

I have a 71 Duster with a 360 that have shorty headers on it...I bought the car a couple of years ago.....it has the /6 k member with shucmacher motor mounts....the car has not moved in a while as it is waiting it turn .....I do not know what brand they are but I can try and see if I can find...

certain brands of header use slip joints to make the installation of the headers easier....if there is such a thing.....I use the hooker 5204 on a few cars...and each side the 1st tube slips on....most race headers will have multiple slip tubes.....TTi use a slip joint on no. 7...to help clear...

Did not see ya in the garage with me...so how do you know what i was breaking in...yes...that cam and engine has run before...But even with a used cam..I start the motor and let it run just like If I was breaking in a new camshaft....and yes...it is a flat tappet cam....you can go see the video...

Just started engine Saturday with new TTi headers.....once engine is fire and I adjusted idle speed up....I had a timing light already hooked up....set timing to 34 degrees.... coating looks beautiful....never even smoked during the run up
