My 69 FB Barracuda was a tenth faster with the 750 DP vs 750 VS which had an adjustable secondary pod. The car launched off the transbrake with the two step set 3200 rpm....
Used one for over 10 yrs, still working went removed. All 3 race cars use them on e85. Never had a fail

If the pump is a Carter stock replacement pump...I believe you need an AN6 to inverted flare adapter.....As i had the same problem on my 73 Duster....But I dont remember the thread size on the inverted flare side

140 gallon billet pump....been using them for years now....1st was on the car for 10 yrs ...how in box as spare....
yes...I am running e85....using AN 8 hose from the tank to the regular....
I am sure it was working perfectly went it came off his car....but a used carb...I would take the bowls off...clean everything and check to see what jets and power valve is in the carb....and probably put new metering block and bowl gaskets in it....
also....what part of the country did it come...
If you are going to run braided line I would spend a few dollars and go with AN #8....might be over kill but do it once and be done and dont ever worry about fuel supply line
