That Charger isn't an R/T or even a 500, if it is the Rallye dash, hood, doors and tail lights have been swapped out for the standard pieces. If it's an R/T the VIN will start with "WS", if it's a 500 it'll start with "WP" and standard version starts with "WH" for hardtop or "WL" for a coupe...

I voted for the '91, low 20's on MPG, easy to mod for more power or better economy and it is close to what you have now. The others are really cool, but my second choice was the Bel.
