Thanks for all the lash input. We are redoing the lash tonight. Probably going to start out with 24/26 to see how it goes.

We ended up putting the cam at 108. We set the valves at 28/32, but after reading the comments about how sloppy it is, I may tighten it up a bit.

Now just to see if I want to advance the cam any or leave it at 0*......

Hahaha. My cam kit did not come with a card. I was pretty shocked at that. In the process of setting degree and lash tonight.

From what I see, MP says 28/32. That seems a bit loose to me. But I don't know much. Lol Any benefit to running it looser during break in or does it matter?

Ive got my cam in now. Looking to set up lash tonight. Ive got solid lifters and a 528 cam in a 360. Crane 1.6 roller rockers on EQ Magnum heads. I've seen guys say 26/28 is good. Just looking for some input. Thanks!

I'm running crane adjuatable 1.6 rockers. And I've got a pushrod length checker. I'm sure pushrods will be my next purchase. Lol

I've got an LA block with EQ Magnum heads. Im switching from a hydraulic cam to a Mopar 528 solid. The Mopar cam kit lifters don't have the oiling ring like the hydraulic lifters I just removed.... How is the oil going to make it up the pushrods to oil the top end? And I going to have to buy...

It was a flywheel for a four speed. I'm running an auto. Wouldn't be able to mount that with an auto.

I do not have the flywheel. Not thinking, I sold the flywheel due to the fact that I'm running an auto. Never thought about the balance situation before selling....Obviously. Lol It's not audible from outside the car. You cannot actually hear the imbalance.... It's just the feel and sights...

Could just adding weight to the flexplate work, or would it need to be to plate and stall?

Just got a reply from Phil. (Original engine owner) Looks like its on the flexplate end like said... Kane The engine rotating assy required external balancing. The crank front damper is specific for the 360 engine, and it was included in the rotating assy balance. The flywheel was also...
