Ok maybe I should of specified, either way I do it, I'm not gonna allow burn marks in the headliner. My original headliner needs replaced already. SO the SMART way to do this would be to rip out old headliner, install cage then put in New headliner. Yes?

My car needs a new headliner and I'm also gonna cage it. With a good tight fitting cage can you still install the headliner or should a new headliner be put in first? Obviously it would be easier to get cage done with no headliner if its doable. I've never put a headliner in anything.

I used interior paint from Herbs. My B5 interior kinda forced me down that road. I scuffed the plastic parts and then went over them with wax and grease remover then sprayed 4 light coats. Turned out excellent and matches perfect.

I'm using a grant wheel with a factory tuff wheel adapter. A rim blow horn cap bolts to the wheel with the same bolt holes of any tuff wheel so a grant tuff wheel adapter will work to get the wheel on the column. He doesn't have to worry about the funky grant horn switch since he's using a rim blow.

If you're using a Grant adapter and a factory horn button, I dont think they will work together. Grants horn switch is a bigger diameter than the factory buttons reciever. But with it being a rim blow, you dont need their horn switch! Duh!

Herbs parts is where I got mine.

Here is after measuring 4 1/2" on each side cutting the 2 pieces of seat frame and then flipping and swapping sides with them. I know im not the first one to do this but thought some guys would like some pics......
