To add to that, none of the large tire chains in my area will even touch a tire that is 7 years old. 5 is usually the oldest that they will mount, but you might be able to find a smaller independent guy to do it if you're willing to risk it.

What number is stamped into the reverse lever? That'll tell you what it's out of. Reverse is the longer lever. Based on it having a zerk fitting, it's mostly likely an A or F body or truck OD shifter.

Google also worked great for me, which is where I realized the bearing retainer opening wasn't the correct size for my application. Brewers has all the info on their site too.
