What number is stamped into the reverse lever? That'll tell you what it's out of. Reverse is the longer lever. Based on it having a zerk fitting, it's mostly likely an A or F body or truck OD shifter.

R #6353 indicates A and B shifter, not saying it was not used maybe on truck or van also maybe. Handles looks like truck. Go to Brewers Performance.com for go info. They have been the oem 4 speed gurus forever.
