Did you get the shocks in? My car was also low in the rear. I took a couple leafs out of an old set of duster leaf springs and added one to each side. It raised it about an inch and stiffened up a little. It works good. Although new springs would be better, but I also like free.

What k-frame is in it? Can you get Shumacher mounts or have the mounting pads been removed from the k-member? Cool car. That intake is not that bad with an open spacer. Should run good. Its not the best, but if its all you have I'd run it.

I'd put a performer, 600 Edelbrock, and dual exhaust on it. Tune it up good and drive it.

What about a gear change? That thing would be such a turd with 36's and stock gearing. But after you burn up the tranny, you'll know.
