They look aftermarket to me. 15x7 up front with stock type backspace 15x8 rear with a reverse offset, or less backspacing. Tires: rear look like 275/60/15, fronts would probably be 245/60/15 or 255/60/15

Start sanding. I think the machine grooves might be too much texture to polish out with a liquid powder. I would start with 1000 grit and work towards 2000 grit. The smoother the paper at the end of the process, the easier it will be to buff them with the Power Ball, Flitz, etc.

The adapters are readily available in that configuration. I have access to about 100 of them in various locations across the country. Bear in mind, a 5 x 100 is not equal to a 5 x 4 small bolt pattern. 5 x 4 = 101.6 1.6 MM may not make a difference, as the adapter might still fit, but...

General Lee was Vector wheels. These wheels are currently available through American Racing, who was recently bought, and being run by Wheel Pros.

If you have a slant car in these years, the bolt pattern is 5 x 4.0 Choices are limited. Some options: Cragar SS but only in 14" to my understanding. Centerline auto Drag Wheel Vintiques, or others have rallye wheels in different sizes
