This is simple actually. Hence the taller spindle and ball joint.

While the taller spindle package raises roll center, it shortens the moment arm. This reduces body roll. It’s a neat way to reduce roll couple while achieving good handling and maintaining ride quality. Look at how tall OE spindles are on front suspensions that use typical double A arms.

I run .5 neg camber. I've found two things. One, more negative camber directly affects tracking over poor surfaces. Second, in my setup the camber gain is good enough that I don't need all that negative static camber. I do run 7.5 degrees caster, taller upper ball joint and F spindles.

The 18s go around the upper ball joint. Front rim is 18x9, 6.38" BS. I chose to remove the fender lips, but 255 40s would fit without doing that.

Just offering a solution. Our kit has black hose and a unique banjo fitting to allow the use of Saginaw pumps in 70-72 K frames and LA engines. Our brackets are all original style and we use Mopar pumps with keyed pullies, not the press on GM stuff.

I've never used any silicone sprays on delrin. I supply a little tube of Formula 5 lube which is super sticky. Due to the properties of delrin, I have not had any noise issues in my car or any of my customers cars.

I haven't measured. I don't believe any human ear could tell the difference inside the car when it comes to noise of different bushings.

Did you check for shims in the relieve valve?

You were missing the E clip and snap ring that capture the bearing and secure the shaft to the housing. This has nothing to do with the shaft being moved.
