    I just picked up a 340 short block and it has no front cover. I was planning to use the front cover from my 318 but its turning out to have its own problems that are making the cover scrap metal.     New to THIS forum. Quick help on ID needed

    I pulled this 318 motor out of a 76 dart. What year is this block? (9M318 04302180) Also does this forum have an option for an automated signature line??
