I bought mine from a member here who went another direction. I don't know who made it. Do a search and there are threads that tell you exactly where the scoop is placed.

Exactly. Some of us think they look pretty bad ***. Mine is just a bolt on scoop on a steel hood, but same effect. It's just sittin on there for now, but you get the idea.
