Is powder coating an option in your budget?

I dont think they repop door skins for the 70 Dart. They don;t repop much for this year except floor pans, trunk pans, trunk drop offs and quarters. Check C2Cfabrication.com. They're prices are good and they have good stuff. I don;t think they have your skins though.

what kind of satin black did you go with? A base coat / clear coat with a lfattening agent or a single stage Hot Rod black type of satin black? I am looking to do the same thing in the spring.

If you have access to a welder, why not go to lowes and buy a $30 sheet of 20 guage steel. Make a card board template of a cresent moon that fits over this gap and then weld/mold it into the shape you want? Its a pretty basic job and gives you a rock solid platform for finish work with bondo...

Is there a trick to removing the headrests from a bench set or am I just being too careful with it. I can pull them up and they click into a higher position but they wont come out. Do I just need to pull harder or is there something holding them in that I could potntially break?
