    New 1966 Barracuda Owner

For early A-body parts try Layson’s Restorations (FABO vendor) and for great fitting floor mats that look period correct Legendary Auto Interiors.

    Hello from Redding Ca.

Good looking car. The Weld Wheels look great. I have a friend that lives in Redding with a 65 and 66 Barracuda.

    another so cal newbie

Great car! Is there any possibility of saving/ touching up the original paint? I know everyone wants shiny paint but there’s a lot of history that original cars like yours can tell.

    No longer carless

Nice looking car. Those floors and trunk are in great shape. 67's came with plastic trim around the windows and as far as I know, it's not available. The fix for that is 68-69 gasket and stainless trim.

New to FABO with my first official classic Mopar

Welcome! Looks like a great car to start with. You'll come to learn that the early a-bodies are super platforms, but are unique and aftermarket support is slim.

New member with Early A! 1964 Barracuda... Rally Car?

The red 66 looks like the style that i want mine to look like. Great idea for your 64 too. There's a ton of aftermarket support for the early a-bodies now which makes building a performance/rally car that much easier.

    NEW GUY FROM OLYMPIA, WA.

Welcome from just up the road in Gig Harbor! In the Tacoma/Spanaway area is a Pull-a-part near JBLM and Dick's You Pull It (best junkyard name ever) in Spanaway.

Welcome from Gig Harbor! Good looking Duster!
  20. Commando66

    New to Mopar

Yes, I think so. Maybe with some searching you might be able to track him down. Unfortunately, with the change in the FABO format most of the pictures are gone from old threads.
  21. Commando66

    New to Mopar

Your Valiant looks familiar. I think it used to belong to a FABO member.

    Imposter "A"

Good looking pickup. I haven't seen many in that color.

    New guy from Washington State

Welcome to FABO from Gig Harbor! Good looking Dart. A few suspension parts like a front sway bar, good shocks and a quick ratio steering box make the early-a's really fun to drive. Firm Feel in Vancouver makes really nice parts.

    '69 Dodge Dart Olympia Wa

Intake and carb will help. Probably have to change the oil pan to fit in an a-body. To get a little rake, back off the torsion bar adjusters (3/4" socket) a couple turns.

    1966 Plymouth Valiant 200

Welcome from Gig Harbor! There's an excellent source of reproduction parts in Lakewood, WA called Layson's. I really doubt that Legendary makes seat covers for 4 doors. If originality is a priority, SMS Auto Fabrics near Portland will have the raw materials that a local auto upholstery shop can...
