The 68/68 number is most likely it. The number is just 2 off the the lower hose used in 67.
If you have a broadcast sheet for a 67 a-body 383 car it would be on there.

I have an original 68 shroud on my original 67 radiator, fits with no issues. I think the measurement left/right on the mounting holes is different between the two but the holes on the shroud are slotted and fits easily.

Tell me how the heater core knows the difference, I have always on my 273 put the water pump to the outboard nipple and the intake hose to the inboard.
My heater works just fine.

I'm about definitive answers, I know the shroud fits, but am I sure it is the one I think it is? It took less time to remove it than I spent looking for numbers on the exposed side.

I'll have to look again, I'm pretty sure my shroud is a 68 and my radiator is the factory original (tanks and frame) and the shroud fits with no issues.
