ebodies specifically have different crossmembers per year and per transmission. Ebody won't fit an Abody.

D13 was the standard transmission on all Ebodies. 3 speed manual D21 was an ordered option 4 speed manual D31 was an ordered option 904 automatic D32 was an ordered option 727 automatic

The hemi fender has rolled wheel lips to accommodate 15" tires/wheels. Some AAR's and T/A's came with the rolled wheel lips.

Thanks for the sharing the pics! That hemi has a "hemi fender" tag and Hemi fenders. Sweet!! Looks like the 70's graphics were just painted on top of the original paint.

On the passengers side of the oil rail just above where the oil pan mounts, about in the middle of the block will be some numbers. OB123456 would be a 70 model, from Hamtramck plant with vin of 123456. Can you post a picture of the vin number and year designation?

I'm up in Salida. 4.5 from Greeley. I don't get to the big cities very often. When I do I go to the pick n pulls and load up jeep parts before they get crushed. I agree, OEM parts are waaaay better. I hit the pick n pull in Co. Spgs. as often as I can. Good idea on the silicone lines.

I can drive anywhere in America and be home in 2.5 days. Exception of Alaska. Nothing is too far if you have a gas powered car. Perhaps if you have an EV you can only go so far and it will take you many days to go across country.
