Toolman, what did you use for mud flaps?

I had one of those Jegs blue boxes on my car last summer, it ran fine, but once warm it was hard starting, I didn't trust it. I took it off after a few months, put my old stock one back on, and kept the blue one for a spare.

It is way too easy to find something wrong or criticize someone else. I have been working on my car for 15 years, and just started driving and enjoying it in the last 3 years. bought the summer of 1989 when I was 18yo, have a long history wit this car, and some pretty good stories. 1000 words may not be enough.

still needs a lot of work, and parts. My neighbors had no idea I even owned it until a couple months ago when I was breaking in the motor. Couple guys down the block came down and asked what I was hiding in the garage.
