Good question! I set it to the loose side of holley spec at .080". It's possible it moved since then. I'll check that tomorrow as well. Holley specs .040-.080", I'll try .040".

I'm just happy I don't have to pull the oil pan or trans for the fifth time. The diagnostic LEDS on the ecu tells me the sensor is over a space in the wheel and it never triggers, this makes me think I have the signal wire pinned wrong. I'll probe the pins tomorrow and get to the bottom of it.

Intake piping is done. New ECU arrived today. All I need to do is put the trans back in, oil pan gasket, intake gasket, add fluids, and fire it up.

Ran out of time before work but I started on the driver side of the intercooler piping.

I made some fuel rail hold downs and got one half of the intercooler piping done. Still waiting on a replacement ECU. The first one sent by Holley was apparently lost sometime at the end of September and now they are out of stock so we'll see when I finally get one.

Added an oil fill port and -10AN breather to both valve covers today.

I got the radiator lower supports tacked in place which puts the radiator where I want it. Also made the upper and lower coolant hoses and mocked up the fans and shroud.

There actually is an SKF hub that most guys that track their corvette upgrade to. Not sure if it's absolutely necessary but there is a market for it.
