    I left the bumper and used foam on the door. If I remember right if the bumper was removed the door would get stuck in the closed position.

    As I remember I put foam on all the doors to help them seal. But with out foam everything will still function. Most all the heater boxes leak so what I did was put a manual shut off valve on the heater hose. Oem vacuum valves expensive. Home Depot manual valve cheap. Good luck.

    Radiators: Is 22" enough for 400 HP?

    Why not sneak two 10" pusher fans on the front side of the radiator. Wire them to a switch. I use them for when I am in traffic. I have 3 row champion aluminum radiator. Jaguar fan clutch with vicious fan. Yes I built my own fan shroud. 450 hp 340 six pack.

    Sorry dude. There is no way those electric fans and shroud from champion are going to cool your setup. I assume it's a three row. Get the jaguar fan clutch with the viscious fan. Then build your own shroud. Several kits are available. Then take those two fans and install on the front as pushers...

    I have very similar set up as you in a 67 cuda. I have the 3 row champion radiator with the shroud and two 10" fans. I would heat up as well to about 205 then it would level out. I am running a 180 thermastat confirmed by heat gun on kitchen stove. Solution. I installed to 10" fans on the front...
