Lol, lately a lot of people have been shoveling snow here in the midwest for exercise................ whether wanted to or not! Snow on the ground holding ya' back? Never got into it but how about cross country ski? Then too, I believe just walking in snowshoes can become a workout.

I use a small wire brush, but sandpaper should be fine IMO. Careful with the spray if ya' don't know it's effects on plastics and insulation. Compressed air and a rag with the spray on it to wipe out. Clean up those armature contacts as well. Make sure there's no obvious buildup in the slots...

Std will be around 1-3/4". HV kit for a std was 1/4" thick 3" bolts pictures below....

I'm sure there are better for download these days. I kind like a disc (as long as it comes with the KEY). I've used a crude, cheap editor called PhotoPlus-X3 for a while.... IrfanView is a free DL. Comes with resize tool. (haven't used this)...

I had a bit of an issue with the spline engagement on that Chrysler as well. The spline ends, although tapered, had all sharp corners / edges. I stoned the sharpies off and it still wasn't a cakewalk to engage.

Appears that's just a drain Steve. Was it cold water from the hose/muffs or warm from the engine as the prop exit and the pee hole should be?

If left in the cold for winter, I'd certainly check the lower unit lube for any possible water contamination, JIC. If you empty it, there's no chance of it freezing. Was the water coming out of the leg hot/warm as though it had run through the power head? Is the cooling water/exhaust supposed...
