Yeah, certainly a possibility.

I dropped the Ebay ones in hot water to soften, then pressed them in with the socket. That was 11 years ago and so far do good.

I opted to weld in small patches, but have used JB Weld and the POR 15 2 part putty on other cars. Both work fine for a cheap "fix".

And little goes a long way. Pat

I used a heat gun on low setting to make it pliable as I pressed it in place by hand. Worked great Pat

I picked up a 80/20 4-Spd kit ACC months ago for my Duster. Final got around to test fitting it today and I am very pleased with it. Still lots of wrinkles from being boxed up, I need to let it sit in the sun later today for awhile before the final installation, but it appears to be nice quality...

Hey VADart, I happen to have my bucket seats out while the kids and I are working on the interior. I can snap a few photos for you this evening when I get home from work. You need to see how the seat mounts the the floor bracket correct? Pat

Hey Folks, The girls and I are trying to put a few more missing bits n pieces on the (their :D) Duster. Have the armrests/door pulls but not the fasteners. Can anyone tell me what type of fasteners are used to attach the armrest to the door on a 72 Duster 340? Type, size, length etc. Thanks...

Maybe pull the speedo servo (gear) housing. Make sure there's a gear in there, and if so is it seated properly? Also no excessive kinks/bends in the cable when routing it...Just a thought... Pat
