Still would be a problem up against the hood. My clearance is really going to be limited. I do wish that would work because it would let the Carb shine.

I had a feeling that might be the case. May place some screen between the filter and cage and check the filter regularly.

Does anyone have the Performer intake and Edelbrock Carb with either of these air cleaners on an Abody? Is there enough hood clearance? I have a 1973 Dodge Dart Sport.

Picked up our rebuilt 904 transmission today. Picking up rebuilt engine Saturday. Got the donar car moved out of the shop and out of the way today. Gonna be a Mopar weekend.

Put a few tools away. Fixed a friends scooter. Got a call today that the transmission is done. I called about the engine and it will be done by Friday. Looking forward to getting the March perfomance kit and other goodies bolted on.

Transmission fluid on the shop floor sucks.

Today I am getting the donar Dart out of the shop after pulling the 904 Tranny this past Saturday. Then to the transmission shop to drop it off. Then clean up tools and transmission fluid. Pic of donar attached.

Yeah I am looking at Keystone Klassics NOS 14 x 8 reverse wheels with 2 3/4" Backspace. Anyone out there know if this will work? I think I used to run G 60-14 back in the day but not sure of what reverse wheel size? Any help, pics, etc will be appreciated. Thanks

I was faced with the same question on my restore. I ask myself do you want to race it or drive it. The answer: Drive it. 318 works great. I can make it look good and still get about 21 MPG if I stay off the 4BBL. on a trip. As for headers. Looks good, works bad! 318 needs some back...

Jeremy, You may also be able to check with some of the DMV's to see what they do with their returned plates. Also: Junk yards, car dealers and possibly some of the prisons that manufacture them. I don't have any plates at this tiome but I will keep you in mind and watch for them...
