Is there a particular school of thought on what to do if you are in a situation at the track in which you know for certain you will not stop? I've had my own theories on this but am not a long time racer, probably made 40-50 passes in my life tops.

My question is in regards to your manufacturing process, the material is laser cut as you mentioned, but how are you creating the flanges, are they all welded or are you making some bends in the laser cut blanks, if so w/ a bend break etc...?

My first ? would be are you launching the car as hard as you can, or at least hard? I would think working backwards from there could help.

LOL what a coincident, I saw that video last night while just randomly searching youtube for Dart vids....nice car. I will probably want a bigger lift cam but all in all it sounds like what has been mentioned so far are routes I will highly consider. Thanks for all the input.

Looking for opinions on what is the best route for a SB build to get mid to low 11's in a 69 Dart. I've got a 440 I'm leaning on putting in but I want to see the SB info first to make a fair comparison and I want to keep my self open minded for either option. I'm thinking I'll make 4-5...
