If it's too high in the castle nut without the washer then put the washer under the nut so the hole is more centered...

    Is it really possible to put the torsion bars in wrong? The only reason that I ask is because I'm in the process right now of rebuilding my front end ('74 Dart Sport) and the T-Bars slid in with ease. Did I just get lucky? Thanks..........Ted
