It is a crummy picture,but yes. The hole was counter bored for the jet to set into the pocket. This whole thing took about ten minutes to do with a hand held drill.

Did anyone here ever drill and tap a metering block for PVRC jets? I had an old block so I drilled it and tapped it. It seams to work ok. I was interested if any of you guys or gals have done this in the past. Thanks............Ted

I've been looking at a few different diagrams on plumbing a pressure regulator. I'm planning on putting mine past the carb and run a return back to my fuel cell from the regulator. I'm using a Magna Fuel regulator. My question is this. I see some diagrams showing the fuel entering the regulator...

I had the same issue when I got one for my Dart Sport. They sent me one for a 111" A body. I called them and they sent me the correct one. Told me to keep the wrong one. Ted

Has anyone used any power valves from Quick Fuel? I've only used Holley ones in the past but I see that they offer them too. Most of their products seem to be pretty good quality. Just curious. Ted

Way back in the last century I went to a performance clinic that was hosted by Dick Harell. It was all about the brand new Thermo Quad. He had his Pro/Stock and Funny car there. I always thought that the plastic center section was a good idea and I felt that they were very good carbs. Although...

One other thing to check is the PCV valve. If it's worn out or broken it will act like a huge vacuum leak. Easy to check and cheap to replace. Ted

My LD340 has never been ported and it has the large 340/360 style port. Ted

If you're just going for that resto look, check out the Demon 98's. They have the look of a Stromberg 97 but with some new features. They rate them @ 205 cfm. Ted
