I am rebuilding my 4500 series carburetor. My question is there enough of material around and under it to install a later style bleeder screw. These are the two up on the top of the carb.
Thanks...........Ted

You can use brass 6-32 set screws from McMaster-Carr for the main air bleeds and brass 8-32 set screws for the idle air bleeds. It looks like enough material is here to just do them all in 8-32. You don’t need to use anything but a set screw. Much cheaper.

Yep. And as I mentioned over on Moparts, the OP won't have to countersink for the pricey bleed screws heads, either :p
