I used Plymouth Sundance spring they're almost half the width. I put about 2 1/2" of preload it's perfect in case somebody want to know. Have a good week-end. Robert

Remove the round rubber locking strip than I use a small guitar string with someone inside and a helper outside to cut the seal from the glue. Than just push it out. Works good. Robert
