    I have a new sender like that with the vapor/ return but it’s only 1/4”. Return should be the same as the supply side size . Thanks that bulkhead might be the way to go.

    That was my old setup. Cheap and easy to make, foam from summit and I think .080 or so?? Aluminum sheet, cut with jig saw, a couple of stand offs about it.. worked good to pull cool air, felt a seat of the pants difference, but no real ram air/ big HP difference.

    Looking to dump the electric pump and go back to a stock simpler type set up. Will a stock 340 pump keep up with 450hp 6 pack? Any good aftermarket hi volume pumps that do not need a regulator? Thanks

    Id use your LD340 with a 1/2" to 1" 4 hole spacer if you have the room, the AG might be worth 3 or 4 more but not worth the cost. I thought i would loose some HP when i went 6 pack but with the deep porting i did on the intake and the DC mechanicals flowing a true 1000cfms, it feels stronger...

    To the OP i would make sure you have a 3/8" pickup and fuel line to the pump, the pump might actually work better on the car with a full tank of gas. There will be some pressure on the suction side of the pump with the fuel in the tank.

    I like Holley's but they do run rich just off idle/ cruise 20mph to 40mph. I think the vacuum street avengers or what ever holley called them are designed to be a little leaner at cruise.
