When i rebuilt the duster, i ordered everything from Dr Diff. He set me up with a new proportioning valve and correct bore size master cylinder for a disc drum car. At least give him a call and see what he recommends for a 4 wheel disc car, the bore size may be way different?

This must be his new in house kit that he has set up. When i got my disc brake conversion from him, they were selling a kit from "The Right stuff detailing"

When i converted my duster over, I called Cass from Dr Diff. He made sure i got the correct master bore size and correct proportioning valve for a manual disc drum setup. My setup feels good car stops fine.

I converted my 71 Duster to manual disc brakes up front with correct size drums in the rear. Got the master cylinder and correct proportioning valve from Dr Diff, car stops very well.

Call Cass at Dr Diff, He has everything you will need.

The proportioning valve is very critical to correct brake bias front to rear. I bought all new brakes complete through Dr Diff. so it was a disc brake upgrade with correct master and proportioning valve for a manual disc brake car. I have great brakes.

Spoke to Cass At Dr Diff, he is doing brake kits all in house now. I have built my car from his site, worth every penny his knowledge is worth something too.

Do you have multiple proportioning valves? on none on the front. i bought a factor disc drum one for an A body from Dr Diff for my application they bled fine.

First you need to bench bleed the master before putting it into the car or you will never get your brakes bled. Then yes open the valve wide open. Start with pass rear first then drivers rear then the fronts.

Spent $45.00 went to truck repair shop. Cute girl there re made inner cable and ball ends to fit. As it turned out, the long cable was fine the short drivers , side was 1.5" too short.

I am learning that e brake cables on a mopar is a guessing game at best. I am in the middle of dealing with either wrong packaging or lack of know how on the part of the retailer. 2 pieces of rope and a stick would work better. Good luck.

Got my new complete rear brakes and new axles today from DR Diff. They look fantastic. $350 for the rear brakes complete, and $465 For axles New master cyl and rear brake lines.

Is there a retailer someplace that you can sill buy small bolt pattern brake drums for an A body 8-3/4? plus all the brake parts? If not i will convert everything over to LPB and sell my new Cragar wheels. Seems to be the best way to go. I dont want used parts, i want new store bought stuff from...

Major problem here is that the auto wreckers around here are sparse, everything has been crushed prior to 1990. We are now looking for other Mopar guys with spares who are not Hoarders... LOL who am i kidding. Or having to rely on the aftermarket industry.
